Quewiña Forest

Importance:
Located on Copper Hill it is mysteriously shaped in a circular formation. This is one of the few places where this type of forest can be found as this is the only native species that can survive at more then 3,000 meters above sea level. Three endemic bird species can be found in the forest.

Best time to observe the birds:
All year.

Best time to visit the forest:
October to May.
